STRICT_HEADERS
Remove ucontext.h if SUSV4_LEGACY is not set and fix it's references.
Guard sigstack structure with SUSV4_LEGACY and STRICT_HEADERS.
Disable sigstack function prototype, it is not provided by uClibc.
