The gcc compiler has deprecated the type __uint128 for 32-bits platforms. Due to the fact that this type was introduced in gcc-3.1 it is better to drop its use. (glibc has the same problem and uses this same solution).

Unfortunatly, the semid_ds structs were not changed as needed. So import the necessary (tweaked) files from glibc. Only tested on x86 today, but I'll be testing mips tomorrow.

To actually use it, one must define _DL_DO_FINI_IN_LIBC globally. That will also break ABI for apps linked with previous version of crtX.S. They must be relinked with this version to work again.
