Remove ppc64 bits and bytes, as we don't support ppc64 and
it makes the code more readable without the dead code.

This matches a similar change made to glibc.
No functional changes here.

Make sure we use the new jmpbuf-*.h headers
While there, adapt the offset on microblaze and the _JMPBUF_UNWINDS macro on bfin,
it seems, these were changed in the meantime.
