errno_location is no longer hidden, so remove the call
to the macro, like done for sparc recently.

This matches a similar change made to glibc.

when building with thread support (which we normally do), and as far
as I can tell it should not be needed otherwise either. And as it did
not build with the latest binutils and gcc, the choice was easy...

* Proper implementation of bits/syscalls.h, no cheating by just including
<asm/unistd.h>.
* Proper implementation of syscall.S, it no longer contains the
__syscall_error, instead it contains code which makes syscall(nr,...) a
system call.
* Added sysdep.S which contains the code for __syscall_error.
* Added some macros to sysdep.h.
* Added sys/procfs.h, which is needed when compiling with thread support.
* Removed unused syscall-cris.c.
