2013-04-01linux: posix_fadvise: use new SYSCALL_ALIGN_64BITMike Frysinger

Remove all versions, that can be covered by the common one. Drop incorrectly implemented fallback support, if __NR_fadvise64_64 is not available. To support 64 bit ppc, move ppc support into common. Do not pollute libraries with its own implementation of __aeabi_unwind_cpp_pr1 code. Just add it to uclibc_nonshared.a archive and share it.
