2013-07-04insque: fix segfault on (prev == NULL)Bartosz Golaszewski
Since version 2.5 glibc allows prev to be a NULL pointer in insque, whereas uClibc segfaults in this case. This fixes the issue and makes insque initialize q_forw and q_back with NULLs if prev == NULL. This drops __signed, __volatile, and __const. Only the latter was used in the code base, and for uClibc, not consistently. Much of the code used plain "const" which meant "__const" was useless.
