I dont see a dependency between shared library and v7.
The difference between v7 and v8 is that in v8 you have
the added math asm-insns: smul/umul/udiv/sdiv/urem.
It shouldnt affect shared libraries creation.

Added runtime prelink support to be able to run a prelinked
application; at process startup only the conflicts will be relocated.
This speed up the startup time.

The dynamic linker can be run either indirectly through running some
dynamically linked program or library (in which case no command line options
to the dynamic linker can be passed and, in the ELF case, the dynamic linker
which is stored in the .interp section of the program is executed)
or directly by running:
/lib/ld-uClibc.so.* [OPTIONS] [PROGRAM [ARGUMENTS]]
Stand-alone execution is a prerequisite for adding prelink capabilities
to uClibc dynamic linker, as well useful for testing an updated version
of the dynamic linker without breaking the whole system.
Currently supported option:
--library-path PATH use given PATH instead of content of the environment
variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH
(Mandatory for prelinking)
Not supported options:
--list list all dependencies and how they are resolved
--verify verify that given object really is a dynamically linked
object we can handle
--inhibit-rpath LIST ignore RUNPATH and RPATH information in object names
in LIST
This feature can be enabled by setting LDSO_STANDALONE_SUPPORT=y

A new shared object, libubacktrace.so.0 is added to uClibc
to provide backtrace functions to support application self-debugging.
This set of functions requires to dynamically load libgcc_s.so so they
need to call dlopen/dlsym that are provided by libdl. For this reason
they cannot be included into libc.so.0 but are provided by a new library.
User application that wants to use backtrace needs to be compiled with
-fexceptions option and -rdynamic to get full symbols printed and must be
linked against libubacktrace.so

This patch teaches uclibc to use /etc/localtime.
This is possible since recent TZif2 file format contains
TZ-like ASCII string at the end.

On hardened system it could be useful to disable the use
of LD_PRELOAD environment variable for preloading shared objects
before the system libraries. So this patch add a config option,
LDSO_PRELOAD_ENV_SUPPORT, to control this behaviour.
It is enabled by default.

The sbrk() function can be used to merely query sizes and for that, no-mmu
works the same as mmu. It can also sometimes increase data segments on
no-mmu systems provided the trailing memory is free. So, there is no real
reason to exclude this function for no-mmu ports.

yet so disable it for now since they just do not exist right now (and
furthermore cause more pain than gain).
