mips: fix memmove() call when __ARCH_HAS_BWD_MEMCPY__ is not defined
When arch (such as MIPS) does not define __ARCH_HAS_BWD_MEMCPY__, memmove()
calls memcpy() which is wrong for overlapping regions.
