libm: fix powf testcase failures
Fixed failures:
Failure: Test: pow (1, NaN) == 1
Failure: Test: pow (1, inf) == 1
Failure: Test: pow (-1, inf) == 1
Failure: Test: pow (1, -inf) == 1
Failure: Test: pow (-1, -inf) == 1
