Added some temporary "stubs" for collation.
strcoll is an alias for strcmp.
strxfrm is an alias for strlcpy.
wcscoll is an alias for wcscmp.
wcsxfrm is implemented as a wchar version of strlcpy.
Real locale-dependent implementations are coming soon.
