libc: Handle cancellation in non multiplexed socket calls
For those archs that provide non multiplexed socket calls it possible to implement the lib C wrappers without calling the multi-purpose __socketcall. For a subset of these functions that are cancellation point, it needs to correctly handle cancellation.
