Remove __PRINTF_INFO_NO_BITFIELD hack, UCLIBC_INTERNAL can be used instead,
and it's slightly shorter.
Also removes stray macros from public <printf.h> header
and uses spaces for comment indentation.
No code changes (verified with objdump).
