unistd.h: put getppid under XOPEN2K8
Add __LEAF to all __THROW, introduce non-leaf __THROWNL Adjust affected spots accordingly. Signed-off-by: Bernhard Reutner-Fischer <rep.dot.nop@gmail.com>
