lvm: Update to version 2.02.188
Drop all patches while doing so, seems to work just fine without. New dependency is libaio. Also add a dependency on BLK_DEV_DM kernel symbol. Note the backported patch from upstream fixing for libc implementations without symbol versioning support which caused a segfault in cryptsetup due to recursive calls to dm_task_get_info_base().
