Patch from Peter Kjellerstedt:
The attached patch performs a clean up of
extra/gcc-uClibc/Makefile:
* Better dependencies to only rebuild what is necessary.
* Use $< and $@ where appropriate.
* Suppress warning messages from which about
commands that cannot be found.
