automatically remounted rw when database is written. it is not possible to remount a filesystem as user read-write, without any sudo or sbit hacks.

- seems to solve the issue, that the same init script
get killed otherwise
- fine tune dansguardian, squid and iptables package
- add default firewall config file (from freewrt)
- add an example for transparent proxy via an ethernet bridge

- automatically install init scripts from ./files/*.init
set #PKG pkgname to set the binary package
- rename FWINIT -> INIT
- move postinst and conffiles meta data to ./files
- update the packages to the latest upstream version
- remove some unready or unused package (strongswan,..)
more cleanups needed after allmodconfig
