Most important is the fix in patch-src_journal_journald-server_c,
which breaks startup of systemd-journald when code is compiled
with -DNDEBUG.
A lot of base-files reorganizing to only install required files
on sysv systems.

- seems to solve the issue, that the same init script
get killed otherwise
- fine tune dansguardian, squid and iptables package
- add default firewall config file (from freewrt)
- add an example for transparent proxy via an ethernet bridge

- generate ipkg control file from PKG_* variables
- automatically install init scripts from ./files/*.init
set #PKG pkgname to set the binary package
- rename FWINIT -> INIT
- move postinst and conffiles meta data to ./files
- update the packages to the latest upstream version
- remove some unready or unused package (strongswan,..)
more cleanups needed after allmodconfig
